WEEKEND PLANNER: Spring has Sprung!

March 19th, 2010 · · weekend planner

The mass exodus to Austin this week left a select few of us a bit sad and lonely, but the weather has been perfect and we have enjoyed the low-key week!

The Runaways hit the screens tonight and that is where we will be. Super hyped but the reviews have been quite mixed so I remain hopeful. Feel like dancing? Go play with the hipster electro clash kids at DANCEiSM (The Echoplex) featuring Mr. Ben Orpstu. We will be heading over to The Echo later this evening to catch High Places from Brooklyn, NY.

Saturday you can catch Gomez and the Little Ones at the El Rey (purchase) or looking for something a else go see Mike Watt & The Missing Men at the Redwood in Downtown LA.

Sunday you have option including Groove Armada at the Henry Fonda Theater , Tears for Fears at the Wiltern or Deakin (of Animal Collective) at the Center for Arts in Eagle Rock…. we like the diversity.

Lots and lots happening next week. Enjoy the sun and stay tuned.

PS – 28 DAYS LEFT TILL COACHELLA!
